This article introduces the structure and working principle of the fertilizer parts of
the sowing and fertilizer machine for soybeans. It works in line with the mechanical principle of the roller type. Its working parameters are calculated according to two models
to achieve productivity from 60 to 90 kilograms per hour. The first model is to determine
the amount of fertilizer passing through the rectangular discharge door with a width of
15 mm and a variable length. The second model describes the process of loading into
the roll grooves. The speed of the platen is a parameter that greatly affects the ability to
work and it needs to be within the limit to achieve the required productivity.
